• Control pulley: it is made of welded, vulcanized steel, fixed to the axle with normalized wedges.

cage-type pulley for auto-cleaning.

• Axles: they are made of steel and mounted on oscillating roller bearings in split boxes in the motor head and TU (tension) type boxes in the base. They have maintenance platforms and ladders with protection to cover workers.
• Belt: it is flat, and made
of 100% polyester fabric.

• Buckets: they are high capacity metal buckets fixed to the belt with self-locking screws and rivets. (Buckets made of other materials such as polyurethane, PVC, etc. may also be provided).
