• Chain conveyors for a wide range of lengths and transport capacities. The box chain conveyor has several advantages over other horizontal or inclined transport equipments, such as its minimum space requirement.
• Dust-free transport with no loss of material (drip proof). It can be placed in the open.
• Materials may be discharged at any point along the conveyor.
• Easily adjustable for placing on horizontal, inclined or mix conveyors.

• Engine head with propeller equipment formed by a three-phase electric engine, elastic coupling, speed reduction and pass to roller chain.
• Axles: they are made of steel, with a drag wheel. They are mounted on roller bearings or fixation sleeve bearing on split boxes made of normalized cast iron.
• Intermediate boxes: they are made of steel plates with upper and lower standard sliding sections joined by plates and rivets.
• Tensing head: stretching system using individual screws, wheel placed on a steel axle supported by roller bearings with fixation sleeve and tension-type cast iron boxes mounted on riveted swivels.

• Conveyor chain: designed for standard use of steel sheets with tempered and cemented wheel hubs and bolts with high breakage load. In the rare cases of great length and/or capacity, a forged alloy steel chain is used.
• Accessories: intermediate load level valves with manual or electric remote control, overloading door on control head, inspection doors, and loading and unloading hoppers, depending on the requirements. |
